Once the project quoting is complete and accepted by the client, it will move into the prototyping phase. Prototyping is an essential step in the offshore manufacturing process. Prototyping can provide insights needed prior to a sample production run, helping to determine the success of a component, associated costs, manufacturing time, and material requirements before finalizing the design. If there is tooling required, that is manufactured to design specifications at this stage.
We produce the prototype of your initial design in resin and metal, saving time and money in the process to give you an idea of the form and fit of your component with the resin and the functionality with the metal prototype before deciding on the final design specifications and expensive tooling. Once your design is finalized, we can begin sampling.
