Stainless Steel Passivation

The most effective way to protect stainless steel parts and components from rust and corrosion is to shield them via a passivation process that prevents impurities from destroying the metal substrate. Stainless steel passivation removes exogenous “free iron” and iron compounds from the stainless-steel material’s surface. Once the treated surface is exposed to the air, it develops a thin oxide layer that covers and protects the underlying layers from corrosion.

Zinc Plating

Eco-friendly zinc plating enhances the appearance, corrosion resistance, strength, and temperature tolerance of iron, steel, and other metals. It acts as a sacrificial coating that prevents corrosion from affecting the underlying metal.

Chrome Plating
